With the ongoing improvement for AI generated illustrations I began this as a small project in 2022 to see how far the bots could get and it's been a very rewarding journey so far. Here are some of the projects I worked on, not all have been chosen as finalists.
First I generate a large number of illustrations to understand the possible compositions.
Then I choose two or three that could work and fit
my style and the style of
the book.
For the final cover I fix all the problems the illustration might have and add extra details to make it better.
